In the summer of 2013 I had the pleasure of being an intern at Imprint Projects, a branding and marketing communications community. I worked on projects for Keen Footwear, Sonos Studio, Levi's and Sephora and met some amazing innovators along the way such as Hisham Akira Bharoocha. Last night I was able to interact with one of his pieces at the House of Vans: Metamorphosis event in Williamsburg NYC.

About the Artists:
Hisham Akira Bharoocha is a Brooklyn-based artist working between visual art, music and photography. His artwork represents the images that meld together in the mind when one is meditating, dreaming, day dreaming, or going about their daily lives. Past music projects include Black Dice, Soft Circle, 77 Boadrum with The Boredoms, and Four. His work has been published in highly regarded outlets such as ArtForum, V, i-D, Flaunt, Tokion and Blend.
Santtu Mustonen is a Finnish illustrator living and working in Brooklyn. Organic patterns, natural science and movement inspire his work, which combines handcrafted and analog textures in a digital space. He animates various textures and visual imagery by using a three-dimensional modeling program to alter the space and sense of motion within his dynamic illustrations."
